REFUND POLICY

Essential to make any exchange or return:

- Provide us with the order number

- That the jewelry is not used and send it in its original packaging.

To be able to make the exchange or return online, send us an email to albajewelsbrand@gmail.com with the reference of your order.

RETURNS

- The products will have a maximum of 30 days to be returned. In order to make the return, we need you to send us an email to albajewelsbrand@gmail.com to contact you.

- The customer must pay the shipping costs, except if the order has arrived defective, in this case the company will be responsible.

- Returns are paid in the form of a gift card with no expiration date and can be used both online and in a physical store.

- Some products such as earrings or party accessories are exempt from returns.

- To make said return within a maximum of 30 calendar days, the product must be sent with its original packaging to this address:
